Wharekura consists of passionate kaiako that are committed to providing our tauira with a holistic approach to learning and a range of core curricular subjects, options, short courses and extracurricular activities. We pride ourselves on upholding our reo and tikanga, our Muriwhenuatanga and continue to strive for excellence in Te Ao Māori, education and sport. Below is a table that outlines an overview of the Wharekura program, and a brief overview of the targets for NZQA and the curriculum subjects, options and short courses offered throughout the year.
